Lena Sensitive Cup
- Developed for Sensitive Anatomies
- Ideal for Teens and Adult Users
- Made in California
Lena Sensitive was developed for users with more sensitive anatomies or with sensitive bladders.
Lena Sensitive is perfect for users of all ages, experience level and physique and offers the same 12h protection as our classic model.
Lena Sensitive is an ideal partner for your Lena Classic and can offer you further relief from cramps during your most painful days.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.
LENA SMALL FOR SENSITIVE ANATOMIES
One of the smallest menstrual cups on the market, Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for individuals with sensitive anatomies, especially more sensitive bladders. Our sensitive cup is also a great companion to our classic Lena Cup for your first and more sensitive period days
A GENTLER OPTION
Made of slightly softer silicone than our classic Lena Cups, Lena Sensitive is still perfectly suited for all physical activities and offers a comfortable and leak-free period. Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for users of all ages and body types
AS NATURE INTENDED
Abnormal pap smears, rashes and yeast infections have been linked to the use of pads and tampons. Choose a healthier period – Lena Cups collect only your blood without drying out your vagina
SENSITIVE AND TRUSTED
Lena Large Sensitive has the same high collection capacity as our classic Lena Large Cup and allows for users with sensitive anatomies to have a more comfortable period
SIZING BASED ON FLOW AMOUNT, NOT ON AGE
Unlike other menstrual brands, at Lena we do not base our sizing on age and birthing history. Choose Lena Large Sensitive if your flow is heavy and if you are looking for longer-lasting protection. I tried the lena 2 pack and it was wonderful. Really easy to insert and comfortable
I’m excited to get use to it, and have an easier time putting it in and taking it out. I think the silicone is a little more stiff than I would like.
a better period.
I switched to the small purple Lena cup after two years of using the size 1 Diva cup. I never felt like the Diva cup was quite the right for for me and the Lena cup is much better. I also like have colour options as there is less visible discolouration. Definitely give yourself a couple cycles to get used to the cup cause it can take practice but once you get it it’s like not having a period anymore! Overall very happy!
Hey there, can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet on this incredible life changing product! I went on a 10 week float trip last year and was living outside. A couple months before, my mom had actually ordered the cups for me to try. I fell in LOVE immediately. My cramps have reduced significantly, there is no weird smell, and I feel clean all day. When I was living outside in Alaskan wilderness, caring for my cup was so simple, you really just need to ensure that you have clean filtered water. Love this product and what this company stands for! Never going back to pads or tampons again!
I'm so pleased with the Lena cup! It fits nicely, I never feel it, and it makes me feel like I'm not even on my period. It's a lot less messy than pads and feels better than tampons. I'm so excited that I don't need to buy a box of tampons every month, and that having this little cup has made my period so much easier. I can't recommend it enough to my friends! I even find that while I have a uti, it doesn't irritate me, whereas tampons did (I'm not sure of the reasoning, but what does it matter if it feels good!)
