Lena Sensitive 2-Pack
- Small & Large Lena Cups
- Meets all Period Needs
- Ideal for Sensitive Anatomies
Each Lena 2-Pack comes with one Lena Small and one Lena Large cups so you can take the guesswork out of cup sizing.
Lena Small is ideal to learn on and for your lighter flow days. Lena Large has a higher collection capacity and offers added protection during your heavy flow days.
Each Lena Cup comes with its own cotton storage bag.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.

Excelente copa menstrual. Fácil de colocar y quitar. Material muy suave y cómodo. Un éxito! Gracias!
I’ll admit before I used the cup I had no idea how to, or where to insert it. once I started my period that baby slipped right in on my first try. it was new, so I could kind of feel it, but it is very comfortable to use, and very convenient.
When searching for the best cup, I was having doubts regarding the sizes and which brand would work for me best. No doubt, Lena's advantage is the price. They also offer the opportunity to purchase both sizes for you to find the one that fits your day! (no restricted to having given birth). This is my second purchase and I LOVE IT!
This cup is incredibly soft, which is why I chose them based off of Put A Cup In It's cup hardness chart. I had a Ruby cup as my first cup, and it worked great, but I got these to have a softer option on hand. I usually run my Ruby cups under warm water to soften them up before insertion -- but the Lena cups, at room temperature, are already softer than the Ruby cup is when it's warmed up.
Four stars because I haven't gone through a heavy period with these yet, so can't speak to how it holds up to heavy flow.
I loved Lena cups before, but the sensitive ones are AMAZING. I have bad cramps and these help not exacerbate them further. They're incredibly comfortable, easy to clean and insert, and come in cute colors. I definitely recommend these for beginners since you barely feel them and they have the same great protection as the regular cups. I wish I had switched sooner!
