Lena Sensitive 2-Pack
- Small & Large Lena Cups
- Meets all Period Needs
- Ideal for Sensitive Anatomies
Each Lena 2-Pack comes with one Lena Small and one Lena Large cups so you can take the guesswork out of cup sizing.
Lena Small is ideal to learn on and for your lighter flow days. Lena Large has a higher collection capacity and offers added protection during your heavy flow days.
Each Lena Cup comes with its own cotton storage bag.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.

TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF CUP SIZING
You can switch back and forth between your Small and Large Lena Cups to meet the needs of your period experience
Made of slightly softer silicone than our classic Lena Cups, Lena Sensitive is still perfectly suited for all physical activities and offers a comfortable and leak-free period. Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for users of all ages and body types
I ordered the Lena sensitive (2 pack) and had no problems with insertion upon first use and had zero leaks!!! It took me a few days to figure out how to remove it without pain, but once I did it made the experience even better. I have never been able to wear only a tampon so it was so nice to not have tampons and pads I had to constantly check and worry about. I went the full 12 hours without issues or leaks, which was shocking and is amazing! I think it’s worth trying. The worst that can happen is you go back to what you were doing before.
I’ve been a cup user for 10 years. I had a diva cup and decided it was time to finally get a new one. When searching I was so surprised at all the new options that have come out in the past decade. I decided to try this one because of the good reviews and I’m prone to cramps so thought the sensitive one would be good for me.
Just have to say I love love the Lena cup. The shape fits me much better vs. the diva and the seal is much better. I experience way less leaks and it’s much more comfortable. I love the option of having the smaller one for lighter days. It’s easy to put in too. It wouldn’t have been an issue for me since im use to a cup anyways but I noticed there isn’t as much of a guessing game when you can tell if it’s sealed in or not compared to my old cup.
I know there is a learning curve, but since I've tried Lena Small Sensitive menstrual cup, it works so far. It's comfortable and easy to use.
Comfortable and no leaking.
