Lena Cup has a 100% customer satisfaction policy - we want you to love your Lena or receive your money back and our team of cup users are here to help you along the way.

We ask you to give your new Lena Cup 2 cycles, or about 60 days, of practice to learn what works best for your body and cup. We are happy to work with each Lena user through the learning process and offer personalized tips and guidance to help ensure you have the best cup for your unique anatomy and troubleshoot any difficulties you may experience. 

If you are still experiencing difficulties after 2 cycles, we are happy to work with you on a replacement cup or refund the cost of your Lena Cup.
