Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: All orders are being handled with care and according to CDC guidelines. Lena is not experiencing shipping delays at this time, however, some shipping carriers may be delayed.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Please allow about 3-10 business days for US orders to arrive once shipped. Please allow up to 25 business days for International orders to arrive to most locations. 

Shipping options are calculated based on the weight and value of your order, as well as your delivery address. We offer shipping with common carries (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) depending on your location. To see what options are available to you and the shipping cost, please enter your address in checkout.

 

International Orders

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, International orders may experience delays of up to eight weeks.

Services to some countries have also been temporarily suspended by parcel carriers. We are keeping our options as up to date as possible with these changes. For more information, please review the USPS International Service Alerts page. 

Please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive to most international addresses. Lena Cup cannot guarantee international delivery dates as this will depend on the delivery address and local postal and customs practices.

Please note, USPS First Class International is a more affordable shipping options but does not guarantee tracking and can take longer to arrive. USPS Priority Mail International, UPS and FedEx may be more reliable options for most locations. 

International customers are responsible for any taxes and duty fees required for import.

 

Green Shipping Protection

Green Shipping Protection by Corso can be added at checkout to insure your order against loss, theft or damage during transit and offset the carbon emissions for shipping.  

By opting out of Green Shipping Protection, you are agreeing to your order being shipped without insurance or protection.
