Lena Sensitive Cup
- Developed for Sensitive Anatomies
- Ideal for Teens and Adult Users
- Made in California
Lena Sensitive was developed for users with more sensitive anatomies or with sensitive bladders.
Lena Sensitive is perfect for users of all ages, experience level and physique and offers the same 12h protection as our classic model.
Lena Sensitive is an ideal partner for your Lena Classic and can offer you further relief from cramps during your most painful days.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.
LENA SMALL FOR SENSITIVE ANATOMIES
One of the smallest menstrual cups on the market, Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for individuals with sensitive anatomies, especially more sensitive bladders. Our sensitive cup is also a great companion to our classic Lena Cup for your first and more sensitive period days
A GENTLER OPTION
Made of slightly softer silicone than our classic Lena Cups, Lena Sensitive is still perfectly suited for all physical activities and offers a comfortable and leak-free period. Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for users of all ages and body types
AS NATURE INTENDED
Abnormal pap smears, rashes and yeast infections have been linked to the use of pads and tampons. Choose a healthier period – Lena Cups collect only your blood without drying out your vagina
SENSITIVE AND TRUSTED
Lena Large Sensitive has the same high collection capacity as our classic Lena Large Cup and allows for users with sensitive anatomies to have a more comfortable period
SIZING BASED ON FLOW AMOUNT, NOT ON AGE
Unlike other menstrual brands, at Lena we do not base our sizing on age and birthing history. Choose Lena Large Sensitive if your flow is heavy and if you are looking for longer-lasting protection. Still not sure about which size Lena to get? Visit our FAQs page or contact us at email@example.com and we would gladly assist you

Lena cup was the first menstrual cup I ever used. Even without any experience, the cup was easy to use and comfortable. By the second period, I felt like a pro.
I have been using Lena cups - a combination of the small & large for almost two years. They are so much better than any tampon/pad I ever used. I switched because of heavy flow issues after my daughter's birth and while my flow is still an issue it's been much more manageable with the cup.
This was the first menstrual cup I bought after using pads since I was a teenager. I had no problems AT ALL. The cup is easy to use and the instructions are very thorough.
For me I had to take a quiz to find this cup. I had been using another cup, the Lunette and it just wasn’t working for me. The Lena is a life changer. I didn’t have to worry about it leaking or overflowing at all. I tried all the different techniques with the other one and it still didn’t work. The Lena, I just put it in and didn’t have to think twice about it. It was also much softer and easier to take out.
I purchased a Lena cup about 4 yrs ago, used it for a while until last year, I really liked it especially since I didn’t have to worry about changing several times during a 12hr shift. I’ve had some mishaps in application but did get better with time.Since Covid I had injured my wrist and used it less because the application process for my self has been a challenge . Not to mention increased amt lower back pressure at times, andd spasms. With theses changes I had stopped using it but plan to try to restart when I m able. I really like this product but will have to restart learning to apply it comfortably for myself once my wrist heals. This is a great product but not for all women.
