The Lena Menstrual Cup is a healthy and conscious alternative to pads and tampons.
Lena is a bell-shaped menstrual cup that collects your monthly menstrual blood. Inserted like a tampon, Lena sits comfortably in your vagina and offers a leak and sensation-free period.
Lena Cup is ideal for teens and adult users and offers complete protection during rest, sleep and physical activities.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.
LENA SMALL IS VOTED #1 BEST BEGINNER CUP
Lena Small is one of the smallest menstrual cups on the market and is equally favored by teenagers and adults alike - Lena Small is ideal for first time cup users and for people with a normal menstrual flow
A CUP FOR EVERYONE
From your first to your last period, Lena Small is ideal for all users regardless of physique, activity level and reproductive history. Inserted like a tampon, Lena Cup sits comfortably in your vagina and lets you stay active and comfortable during your period
CHOOSE A BETTER PERIOD
When positioned correctly, there is no sensation from either the cup or the stem and you can forget you are on your period for 12 hours each time. You can dance, run, swim and sleep with your Lena Cup
LENA LARGE WITH HIGHER COLLECTION CAPACITY
Lena Large has a higher collection capacity than our small cup and is ideal for users with a heavy menstrual flow looking for longer-lasting protection
BASED ON FLOW, NOT BIRTH HISTORY AND AGE
Lena Large is successfully used by teenagers and adults who are looking for added protection – at Lena we do not base our sizing guidelines on age and birthing history but on flow amount and general physique. Read more about Lena’s sizing guidelines on our FAQs page

After having used other larger and harder cups, I have definitely found my match! It doesn’t push on my bladder and it honestly feels like nothing’s there.
I've never used a menstrual cup before, only wore a tampon once, when I first started my period, I found it highly uncomfortable, so never wore one again, when I discovered this, I was intrigued and encouraged to purchase one by my mother, so I did, I was nervous to use it for the first time, but found the instructions very helpful to insert it, however, found it highly uncomfortable to take out, even a bit painful, so I found that if I folded it in half while pulling on it to take it out, made it less painful, I've only used it for one period, so I have lots to learn yet, but it is so nice not having to wear a pad!
Couldnt be happier!
i’m new to using menstrual cups. they seem amazing and everything, but i keep having the same issue. i’ve used the small cup for 2 cycles now, and no matter what fold i try to use to insert it, i keep leaking. it’s really annoying and frustrating cause i really thought the cup was going to work. i always have to wear a panty liner when using the cup. i wear it for about 3 hours, and then it starts leaking. i’m not even moving much around throughout the day. i just go to school, come back home and lay down in bed. and the leaking is not just a few drops, it’s like my actual flow coming out. also, i’m pretty young to be using a menstrual cup, so inserting it and removing is a little painful. it seems as if i’m having a hard time releasing the suction when taking it out too. i really was hoping the lena cup would work for me. i hate using pads because they feel so uncomfortable and they also irritate my skin.
A better period.
This was my first period using the Lena Cup. I read the instructions online and looked through the FAQs, but it was still a little difficult to learn to use! I had some trouble the first two days, but after I got used to it, inserting and removing it was a breeze! I love not having to worry about not having tampons when I start my period, or wondering where to keep them when I’m out or at work. I’m so glad I switched to using a cup - I’ll never go back to tampons!
