Lena Sensitive 2-Pack
- Small & Large Lena Cups
- Meets all Period Needs
- Ideal for Sensitive Anatomies
Each Lena 2-Pack comes with one Lena Small and one Lena Large cups so you can take the guesswork out of cup sizing.
Lena Small is ideal to learn on and for your lighter flow days. Lena Large has a higher collection capacity and offers added protection during your heavy flow days.
Each Lena Cup comes with its own cotton storage bag.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.
COMPLETE PERIOD COVERAGE

TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF CUP SIZING
You can switch back and forth between your Small and Large Lena Cups to meet the needs of your period experience
Made of slightly softer silicone than our classic Lena Cups, Lena Sensitive is still perfectly suited for all physical activities and offers a comfortable and leak-free period. Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for users of all ages and body types
I made the switch to the sensitive cups after giving birth. The regular cup was feeling uncomfortable. So far, so good! No leakage, which was a fear because the cup is a little softer. And I haven't been able to feel it and I'm much more comfortable now.
I tell everyone how much I love my cup and encourage them to switch. I’ve experienced way less cramping (used to be bedbound with discomfort), lighter flow (used to change super plus tampons every 3 hours), plus it’s cost effective. It’s been amazing. Lots of videos online to combat the learning curve. I’ll never go back to pads or tampons.
I have had the regular Lena cup for many years. When I saw they had a sensitive cup with softer silicone I wanted to try it, because sometimes my cup would be push against my bladder. I love the new sensitive cups, I can’t feel them at all.
I’m 41, never been pregnant and have regular periods with average to heavy flow. I’ve been using the Lena Sensitive both small and large sizes for two cycles now and they work so well, I wish I had found menstrual cups sooner! These are comfortable and leak proof. I highly recommend giving these a try for first time cup users, especially the two pack so you can find what works best for you. I watched how-to videos on different folds and maneuvers and found that to be very helpful as a first time user as well. Try these, you will not regret it!
Love these cups. I recently tried a different brand (after accidentally ruining my cups while boiling them), but went right back and ordered more Lena’s. Most comfortable and well fitting cup I’ve tried. Will never buy anything else again.
