Lena Sensitive 2-Pack
- Small & Large Lena Cups
- Meets all Period Needs
- Ideal for Sensitive Anatomies
Each Lena 2-Pack comes with one Lena Small and one Lena Large cups so you can take the guesswork out of cup sizing.
Lena Small is ideal to learn on and for your lighter flow days. Lena Large has a higher collection capacity and offers added protection during your heavy flow days.
Each Lena Cup comes with its own cotton storage bag.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.

I’m glad they finally have the sensitive cups in other colors! I love mine! They work great with no leaks, even on my heavy days.
Lena Sensitive 2-Pack
I’ve tried a few, but Lena is by far the best for me. TMI moment: I have a long cervix and the Lena cup has a “dongle” that is long enough for me to reach easily!!:).
I purchased the Lena 6 years ago, in the standard firmness. I Found this to be a bit uncomfortable on my bladder so reached out to the Lena team who were very helpful and sent me the Lena sensitive to try. It wound up being perfect for me until I became more active again, at which point I decided to see if the firm one could be tolerated and it actually worked great this time!
I switched back and forth between the 2 of them for a few years, realizing the firm was better when I was commuting by bike/more active, and the sensitive was better when I was less active.
I made the switch to the sensitive cups after giving birth. The regular cup was feeling uncomfortable. So far, so good! No leakage, which was a fear because the cup is a little softer. And I haven't been able to feel it and I'm much more comfortable now.
