The Lena Menstrual Cup is a healthy and conscious alternative to pads and tampons.
Lena is a bell-shaped menstrual cup that collects your monthly menstrual blood. Inserted like a tampon, Lena sits comfortably in your vagina and offers a leak and sensation-free period.
Lena Cup is ideal for teens and adult users and offers complete protection during rest, sleep and physical activities.
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.
Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.
LENA SMALL IS VOTED #1 BEST BEGINNER CUP
Lena Small is one of the smallest menstrual cups on the market and is equally favored by teenagers and adults alike - Lena Small is ideal for first time cup users and for people with a normal menstrual flow
A CUP FOR EVERYONE
From your first to your last period, Lena Small is ideal for all users regardless of physique, activity level and reproductive history. Inserted like a tampon, Lena Cup sits comfortably in your vagina and lets you stay active and comfortable during your period
CHOOSE A BETTER PERIOD
When positioned correctly, there is no sensation from either the cup or the stem and you can forget you are on your period for 12 hours each time. You can dance, run, swim and sleep with your Lena Cup
LENA LARGE WITH HIGHER COLLECTION CAPACITY
Lena Large has a higher collection capacity than our small cup and is ideal for users with a heavy menstrual flow looking for longer-lasting protection
BASED ON FLOW, NOT BIRTH HISTORY AND AGE
Lena Large is successfully used by teenagers and adults who are looking for added protection – at Lena we do not base our sizing guidelines on age and birthing history but on flow amount and general physique. Read more about Lena’s sizing guidelines on our FAQs page

After using a Divacup uncomfortably for a while, I needed something softer and easier on my insides. This does the trick! I don't even feel it in there and it doesn't aggrivate my cramps like the other firmer brand did. No leaks ever. It keeps it all contained comfortably and the flexibility makes it easy to fold and insert.
For reference I am 21, have never giving birth, have used regular tampons all my life, and have an average cirvix height. The lena cup in small was my very first cup and sadly I had a bad experience with it. I used it for about half of my cycle before I couldn't stand the pain of taking it out anymore. This cup was just too big and too firm for me. I did so much research and watched so many videos to make sure I was inserting it and removing it optimally, but no matter what I did it was very uncomfortable to insert and painful to remove. While wearing it I could feel it pushing on my bladder and worsening my cramps. I switched to saalt soft in small and that is sooo much better, but I'm also going to try their teen size. I would have tried the lena sensitive but the lip on the rim of the lena cups purtrude so much more than other brands (which can be good for some people because of the seal it creates) and that area of the cup is just too big for me during removal. I gave this four stars because I'm sure it will work for other people that need a firmer or larger cup, and the cup it's self is great quality.
Lena Sensitive Cup
I did a lot of research before picking which menstrual cup to use for my first time. There’s a bit of a learning curve to using a menstrual cup, but Lena’s instructions are very helpful. Once you figure out how to insert it properly for yourself you can hardly tell it’s there and you won’t have to worry about leaks or activity restrictions. The sizing guides are accurate in my experience and it overflowed once when I didn’t follow the instructions. The packaging is nice as well. I highly recommend Lena.
I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but I’m really happy with my Lena cup. It’s so convenient once you find the best way to insert/remove for your body. No leaks or worries for 12 hours. Just so much better than tampons or pads in my opinion. And sustainable! I love
