Each Lena 2-Pack comes with one Lena Small and one Lena Large cups so you can take the guesswork out of cup sizing.

Lena Small is ideal to learn on and for your lighter flow days. Lena Large has a higher collection capacity and offers added protection during your heavy flow days.

Size guide

Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.

Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.

How to use
Inserted like a tampon, Lena sits comfortably inside of your vagina. When inserted correctly, your cup seals gently to your vaginal walls and moves with you thoughout the day, during physcial activities, and overnight. The body adjusts to your cup’s presence immediately and there is no sensation from the cup or the stem.
Ingredients
Each Lena Cup is made from 100% premium medical-grade silicone and dyes. All silicone and dyes used in the making of Lena are made and tested in the USA.

I love my LENACUP

I don't know how I didn't discover it before, but I'm completely in love with LENACUP. I've been using the cup for 5 periods and believe me, it's the best thing I could do, replacing the compresses with this cup. I have not left the compresses 100% since I use them as an emergency from time to time but I really save a lot of money by using the cup. I also have to clarify that you always suffer from horrible cramps during my period but thanks to this cup the cramps have decreased considerably. At first you may notice discomfort, discomfort or feel strange when using the cup and even be afraid to use it, but take your time!!! I didn't get it the first time either. But now I feel like my period doesn't exist I'm really satisfied.

Love my Lena cups!

I'm not a new cup user but I haven't used cups in about 7 years due to not having a period from my IUD. I decided to switch back to cups but had to buy a new one since my last one was 10 years old. I purchased the Lena 2 pack and had an amazing experience with it right away. No problem popping open, no leaking whatsoever and superior comfort with both sizes!

Best thing ever

I have had my Lena cups for four years now and I love them so much. I have the S and L one. Use the L one for the first two days of my cycle and the S one for the last 2 days. The only thing I regret is not getting one sooner. They changed my world. I dont even know that I am on my period. Haven't bought pads or tampons for about 3 years now. I used liners the first 6 months as i got used to inserting the cup properly. It does take some time to learn how to insert and remove the best way and what to do when inserting to ensure that proper seal. I learned that after I insert I need to push the cup from the bottom, up with my index finger and that creates that good seal. If you are looking into menstrual cups I have tried the lily (it was way too soft and flexible for me) did not work out. The Lena works amazing. It takes time to find out which inserting technique works best for you, but trust me the learning period is totally worth it. Do not give up unless you have tried for at least 6 months (6 periods).

Leaks & always shifts around for me

Out of the 3 brands I've tried so far (Diva Cup, Lena & Organicup) Lena always shifts around in me & leaks. I like the combo pack as the smaller size is great for my light days/towards end of my period. In my case you really have to "test the plug" but even then, it's always a coin toss as to whether it stays put. I prefer the Organicup over these bc it's reliable and doesn't leak.
