Period de-bloating tea

This de-bloating herbal infusion is perfect for period and pre-period days when you are starting to feel bloated and your belly feels uncomfortable. You can double the below ingredients and make enough tea for the whole day. Ideally, you would drink a cup of tea 30 minutes before a meal.

DE-BLOATING TEA
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 teaspoon fennel, coriander, cumin seeds mix
a bunch of fresh or dried peppermint
1 teaspoon cloves
1 cinnamon stick

PREPARATION:
Bring 5 to 6 cups of water to boil. Add all ingredients to boiling water, turn stove off, and let tea steep for 5 minutes.
