My Wedding Day Menstrual Cup Story

"I waited till after my 3rd cycle using my Lena Cup before I wrote a review for the cup. Now that I have learned how to use her with little fuss, I feel better informed to review.

As the other ladies have mentioned, this cup is such a wonderful step up from the usual menstrual products that I used i.e.pads and tampons.

I am a very squeamish person so the thought of touching my own blood grossed me out for months before I got my Lena but it really is much simpler than I psyched myself out about.

The cup is soft enough that a first time user won't feel intimidated by the thought of bending it and also provides good suction without making the seal impossible to break at the time of removal.

Cramps are ridiculously reduced and that icky musty smell is a thing of the past.

I mean, I wish more women knew how ridiculously amazing menstrual cups are!

I took the ultimate leap of faith by wearing my Lena without any backup on my wedding day; White dress, dancing, piggy back ride from the hubz *Gasp* and all that jazz with not a care in the world.

I celebrated our day with only 2 quick changes and no disasters.

I mean after something like that, how could I not I tell all my friends about that the miracle that is my Lena. I think I might have actually changed a mind or two. Whoop whoop!"

Miriam, a happy Lena Cup user
