Size guide

Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Unlike other brands, at Lena we do not believe that age and birthing history play a significant role in choosing a menstrual cup. Mothers with multiple births are happily using LENA Small while teenagers, with a heavy flow, choose LENA Large.

Lena Small is ideal for users with a Normal flow and Lena Large is suited for people with a Heavy flow. You can visit our Sizing Guide page for further guidelines.

How to use
Inserted like a tampon, Lena sits comfortably inside of your vagina. When inserted correctly, your cup seals gently to your vaginal walls and moves with you thoughout the day, during physcial activities, and overnight. The body adjusts to your cup’s presence immediately and there is no sensation from the cup or the stem.
Each Lena Cup is made from 100% premium medical-grade silicone and dyes. All silicone and dyes used in the making of Lena are made and tested in the USA.

One of the smallest menstrual cups on the market, Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for individuals with sensitive anatomies, especially more sensitive bladders. Our sensitive cup is also a great companion to our classic Lena Cup for your first and more sensitive period days

Made of slightly softer silicone than our classic Lena Cups, Lena Sensitive is still perfectly suited for all physical activities and offers a comfortable and leak-free period. Lena Small Sensitive is ideal for users of all ages and body types

Abnormal pap smears, rashes and yeast infections have been linked to the use of pads and tampons. Choose a healthier period – Lena Cups collect only your blood without drying out your vagina

Lena Large Sensitive has the same high collection capacity as our classic Lena Large Cup and allows for users with sensitive anatomies to have a more comfortable period

Unlike other menstrual brands, at Lena we do not base our sizing on age and birthing history. Choose Lena Large Sensitive if your flow is heavy and if you are looking for longer-lasting protection. This is the first type of cup I used and I never considered switching

I tried the Lena with some hesitation, as I never tried a cup before. The first 2-3 insertions had a learning curve, but since then, it's been such a relief to not worry about leaks or worrying about uncomfortable pads or tampons.

Best cup

It ’s very comfortable.

Best cup ever!

I tried several different cups and always found them to be painful and uncomfortable. I also couldn't wear tampons for the same reason. After 5 or 6 cups I finally found the Lena sensitive and it is a match made in heaven! I often will take a tylenol the first time I insert it, but do not need any for the rest of my period. It is so comfortable I often forget I am wearing it until it is time to empty it. Leakage is extremely rare, and I don't usually find it difficult to insert correctly, even though it is soft. After many years the tab to remove it gas broken, so it is a little shorter. Honestly it doesn't truly need to be replaced, but I am just for my ease of removal. I wouldn't dream of buying any other cup.

My First Cup

I definitely had a good experience shifting to a lena sensitive cup. This is my first menstrual cup. I'm 30 yrs old with very little sex experience and normally don't like put anything in my vagina. I have never tried a tampon. But I'm just so tired washing my cloth pads so I made up my mind that I needed to switch.

The cup seemed hard to inert at the beginning and I felt frustrated. But i watched 3-5 videos with tips about how to insert, and other people with vagina talking about details of where it could possibly go wrong.

I almost wanted to throw it away when I failed 5-6 tries in more than an hour. But I rested and tried again- it went through- then the experience was really life-changing.

I seemed to have sensitive bladder as well- So in lena cups this one is really the best choice for me.

Thank you so much for a great product!

I have both a heavy flow and very strong vaginal cramping. This is the only menstrual cup that prevents me from bleeding all over everything and doesn’t hurt. I love the combo of softer silicone and a larger size. This is my second purchase- I’ll be using these until menopause.
